RCA produced this 300 watt transmitter for amateur radio use in the late 1930's. It was a high ticket item and probably not many were sold. Even fewer exist today. In its original form it ran a pair of 808s modualated by a pair. Tim has substituted a pair of 811A's in the modulators since 808's are so rare these days. |
